Services

We offer annual SEA at a lower cost than our regular service rates. Here are the plans we offer:

• Silver Plan: Maintenance only (This would include one service call in the spring for your air conditioner and/or one service call in the fall for your furnace and humidifier). This plan also entitles you to 10% discount on most parts.

• Gold Plan: Equipment maintenance and 1 year coverage on parts & labor. This plan is available on pre-approved equipment only. (This would include one service call in the spring for your air conditioner and/or one service call in the fall for your furnace and humidifier. You are also entitled to any service calls that would be necessary during the year–most parts & labor.)

Parts that are NOT covered by either plan, would include the heat exchanger on the furnace and the compressor on the air conditioner.
